'I now have one more thing to look forward to at my favourite time of the year'- Dre Andreou (bottles & bubbles)
What is the favourite CCC song of all time?
Back in December 2002, it began, with Dave and myself playing some carols one afternoon,
and recording a ten minute CD. The next year, many more got involved, and the album
became an annual event. 2004 brought creativity into the equation, with some unique
instrumention creating tracks like 'the (not so) silent night'. This year again sees
a step up in both the quality and the craziness of CCC, thanks to some superb musicianship
and an increase in the number of original songs.
I must, as always, thank everyone involved- especially those that managed to stay partially sensible after 10 hours of recording on a hot day. Thanks go also to Dave and Josh R for helping out with ideas right from the start, the EDSC music department for educating and assisting our musical gifts, and our newest carollers- Josh W (excellent beat keeper) and Ben (tremendous trombone) for jumping aboard.
This album is dedicated to the joyous fellowship that Christmas brings. We hope you can enjoy it until next Christmas!
